This new series, entitled Mindscape, comprises six abstract portraits depicting the interior of the subject’s mind. While traditional portraits focus on portraying an exterior likeness through  representational realism, these paintings redirect the focus to the intangible atmosphere within. Each portrait illustrates the very real, yet invisible, interior layers of consciousness that make up who we are: chaotic, ephemeral, transient, and ever-changing.
