  • We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a refund within 24 hours of purchase, minus a processing fee. Please note that the processing fee covers administrative costs incurred during the purchase process. 

    To initiate a refund, please contact us within the 24-hour period following your purchase: stella@modarevise.com. Refunds will be processed promptly, and the amount refunded will be the total purchase price minus the applicable processing fee. Refund will not be considered after the 24 hours window. 

  • If  your artwork arrives damaged, please take photos and email me immediately within 24 hours after receipt to receive a full refund in the form of an eGift card or credits of the same value you can use towards your next purchase. No refund will be considered after 24 hours window after you have you receive the product.
